These Terms of Service govern your use of the Mums & More Shannonigans website and the purchase of custom homecoming mums from us. By placing an order or submitting a request through this website, you agree to these terms.

Order Process

Submitting an order form on our website is a request, not a confirmed order. Your order is only confirmed after we contact you, discuss your design, and you pay a deposit. We will reach out within 24–48 hours of receiving your request to begin the process.

Deposits & Payment

• A deposit is required to confirm and reserve your order. The deposit amount will be discussed when we contact you and will vary based on the size and complexity of your order.
• The remaining balance is due at pickup.
• Payment methods will be discussed during the order confirmation process.
• Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been purchased for your order.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order:

• Before deposit: No charge — simply let us know.
• After deposit, before materials purchased: Full deposit refund.
• After materials purchased: Deposit is non-refundable. We will make reasonable efforts to limit costs if you cancel early.
• Within 2 weeks of homecoming date: Full payment may be required as materials will have been purchased and work begun.

Custom Orders & Design

All mums are handmade to order. Because each mum is custom, minor variations from any reference images or descriptions are normal and to be expected. We will communicate with you throughout the process to ensure your mum meets your expectations. Final designs are created based on the information you provide — please be as detailed as possible in your order request.

Order Deadlines

We recommend ordering at least 4–6 weeks before your homecoming date. We cannot guarantee availability for last-minute requests. Orders received less than 2 weeks before the requested homecoming date are accepted at our discretion and may carry a rush fee.

Pickup & Delivery

• All orders are available for local pickup in Weimar, TX. Pickup time will be coordinated with you, typically 1–2 days before your homecoming date.
• Local delivery may be available in some circumstances — contact us to discuss.
• We are not responsible for damage to the mum after pickup.
• Unclaimed orders held more than 7 days past the agreed pickup date are subject to forfeiture of deposit.

Intellectual Property

All photos of mums on this website are our original work. You may not reproduce or use our photos without permission. Custom mum designs we create for you are yours to keep — we may, however, photograph completed mums for our portfolio with your permission.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are a small business operated with care — if something goes wrong, please reach out and we will do our best to make it right.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Terms in effect at the time of your order confirmation will apply to that order.
